Claude Code Alternative?

This looks cool. Is it meant as a claude code alternative? I've read that has forks that allow using other LLMs, but I haven't tried such forks yet.

claude code is more like coder, CLI based; and we have IDE to CLI connector as well; but this one we plan to build it from scratch, a complete IDE coding agent, doesn't need CLI codebase to work
