Request for fp16 vae.

Hellow, thank you for all your efforts. If its not too much of an inconvenience could you please make an fp16 quant of the vae for us poor fellows? loading the bf 16 with dtype fp32 puts quite a lot of stress on 8gb vram and also takes a very long time for smaller tile size.
